These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the HW Legacy Group website (hwlegacy.group) and any investment products offered by HW Legacy Group ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the website or submitting an investment application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use this website or submit an investment application.

HW Legacy Group is a private investment holding company based in the North East of England. We acquire, develop, and operate properties for serviced accommodation and businesses across all sectors. From time to time we raise capital privately. Nothing on this website is an offer or invitation to take part in that, and no financial terms are published here.

HW Legacy Group is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Any investment we make available privately is not a regulated investment product under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (FSMA). These notes are not covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS). You will not have access to the Financial Ombudsman Service in connection with your investment. We recommend that you seek independent legal, financial, and tax advice before making any investment decision.

To invest with HW Legacy Group you must: • Be aged 18 or over • Be a UK resident • Pass our KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) verification • Have read and understood the risk warnings contained in these Terms • Be investing capital that you can afford to lose We reserve the right to decline any application at our sole discretion without providing a reason.

5.1 These are the terms on which you use this website. They are not the terms of any investment. 5.2 Nothing on this website is an offer, an invitation, or an inducement to engage in investment activity, and no financial terms are published here. 5.3 Where HW Legacy Group does make an investment available, it is made available only to people who have first confirmed their status as a certified high net worth or self-certified sophisticated investor. The terms of any such investment, including its duration, any interest, the minimum amount, transferability and the position on early repayment, are set out in full in the subscription agreement provided at that stage, and that document governs. 5.4 Any figure discussed before that point is indicative and is superseded by the executed agreement. 5.5 Payment, where applicable, is by bank transfer to the account designated in the executed agreement. We do not accept cash, cryptocurrency, or third-party transfers.
