Create your investor account with a valid email address. You'll receive a verification link to confirm your identity before proceeding.

Complete Your Application

Fill out our 4-step investor application providing your personal details, address, National Insurance number, desired investment amount, and source of funds.

Compliance Review (KYC/AML)

Our team carries out identity verification and anti-money laundering checks in line with UK financial regulations. This typically takes 2-3 business days.

Sign Your Investment Agreement

Once approved, you'll receive a bespoke five-year debt note agreement via our secure e-signature platform. Review, sign, and retain your copy.

Transfer Your Funds

Transfer your investment (minimum £25,000) to the designated account by bank transfer. You'll receive a written confirmation of receipt.

Earn Your Returns

Your investment is deployed into HW Legacy Group's property and business portfolio. Interest accrues at 10% per annum, paid on agreed dates.
