They are not live deal pipeline and they are not the subject of the 10% annual debt notes offered to investors.
HW Legacy Group's regulated investment product is a fixed-term, five-year 10% debt note*. The note is not linked to the performance or outcome of any individual wishlist project, and the figures shown on the project cards (target project cost, project type) describe the project itself rather than any return an investor would receive.
